Georgiann Jensen, OD takes pride in going the extra mile to solve her patient’s visual challenges and help preserve their vision. With over 28 years of experience as a family optometrist, Dr. Jensen has a special interest in glaucoma and retinal disease, focusing on holistic eye health and quality patient education.
Dr. Jensen received her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University, and she has worked at the Blaine Eye Clinic since 1991. She is a member of the North Metro Chamber of Commerce and has served as a trustee on the Minnesota Optometric Association Board.
Dr. Jensen also enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with the youth at her church, yoga, being on the water, and playing the piano.Make an Appointment
Lynn A. Sulerud, OD is the founding member of Blaine Eye Clinic, serving the community for over 40 years. His vision for the practice has always been patients first. Dr Sulerud has built a legacy of providing the quality time, education, and explanations needed for patients to make fully informed decisions about every step of their eye care and treatment.
After receiving his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, Dr. Sulerud went on to complete specialized training in the treatment and management of eye disease from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Sulerud is a member of the North Metro Chamber of Commerce and has served as chairman of the Third Party Committee of the Minnesota Optometric Association and on the Minnesota FAIR Health committee. Dr. Sulerud is passionate about hockey, golf, enjoying the beauty of the earth, and spending time with his family.
With over 10 years of experience, Breann Forliti, OD has a passion for diagnosing treatable eye disease early and providing preventative care. Dr. Forliti has completed rotations in underserved communities across the nation, and she’s carried her commitment to making eye health accessible back to her home state of Minnesota.
Dr. Forliti earned a Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California, and takes a special interest in contact lenses, glaucoma, and primary care optometry.

After her own vision was saved by a childhood eye diagnosis, Megan Sis, OD always knew she wanted to give back by bringing all patients the quality treatment they deserve. Dr. Sis provides compassionate care, with a special focus and training in pediatrics, traumatic brain injury, concussion care, binocular vision challenges, and other special needs patients.
After receiving a Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, Dr. Sis further expanded her expertise by completing a Masters of Visual Science with research focusing on infant vision and development. Dr. Sis completed additional specialized education at the Philadelphia College of Optometry at Salus University. She received her fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO).

Casey Bateman, OD focuses on giving his patients the tools they need to take charge of their eye health, and he’s always ready to answer questions and address concerns. With a special focus on eye injury care and eye disease, Dr. Bateman strives to ensure his patients feel confident in their treatment plan.
Dr. Bateman earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. He specialized in eye disease and surgical co-management while in rotation at the Mayo Clinic and completed his residency in eye disease in Stillwater, Minnesota.

Ashley Berens, OD has dedicated her career to preserving patients’ quality of life through healthy vision, even after a serious diagnosis. Dr. Berens has special interest in the care of older adults and in detecting asymptomatic eye disease. This includes the management of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration.
Dr. Berens earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry, and completed a postdoctoral residency at the Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Ocular Disease.

Rosy Tedesco, OD received her first pair of glasses in junior high, learning firsthand how empowering it is to have clear vision. After over 12 years in the field, she still gets a thrill from helping patients correct their vision. Dr. Tedesco is also passionate about the holistic care of her patients—including diagnosing eye disease indicative of systemic health conditions.
Dr. Tedesco earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry. She has a wide array of experience, including work in binocular vision and LASIK as well as working in primary care, pediatrics, surgical co-management, ocular disease, and specialty contact lenses.
